Wedding Venue Information

In the southern region of the Algarve in Portugal, there is the beautiful coastal city of Albufeira, home to the Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort, a favourite when it comes to weddings in Portugal with its fabulous location and direct access to Santa Eulália beach. Whilst the city of Albufeira still holds the charm of its Old Town, it is also famous for its gorgeous sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife, when the city seems to come alive with music, dancing and top dining experiences, making it a perfect wedding location. The local fishermen still use the modern marina, but it is also the place where you can take a boat trip to watch the dolphins, or maybe get up close to them with some diving sessions. Surrounded by candy-coloured apartments and a waterfront promenade, it really does have an olde world charm mixed with a cosmopolitan vibe. Visit the weekly market and see the array of colourful locally grown fruits, vegetables and fresh fish, not to mention craft stalls.
