There are day cruises to the Blue Caves, where you can see a series of stunning sea caves carved into the white limestone cliffs over the centuries and the crystal-clear water reflecting the light in a way that it appears to glow a shade of blue, and also to the Shipwreck Beach (Navagio), which features a rusting shipwreck lying dramatically in the middle of the white sandy beach, believed to be the most photographed and iconic beach in the world.

Both your wedding ceremony and wedding reception can be held at Villa Hydrangea with a professional photographer on hand to capture those special moments and of course the beautiful scenery of this enchanting venue. 1.Where is best in Greece for my wedding?

There is lots of choice in Greece from mainland to the islands.

2.Will they speak English?

As with most locations if the officient does not speak English they will have a translator for you.

3.Is my ceremony legal?

Yes it will be legal as long as you produce the correct paperwork, depending on where in Greece you choose you may have to go to the local town hall to complete the legal part of the ceremony but the symbolic ceremony can be done in the hotel.

4.Can you book all my guests?

Yes we can, let us know who you want to come and we will get it sorted for you.

Legalities

To be able to marry in Greece you will need to be resident for between 7 and 8 days. You will require your full birth certificate and passport as well as other legal documentation depending on your previous marital status. You will require a certificate of no impediment from a solicitor. Once documentation has been obtained they must be sent to the Foreign Office to get an Apostile Stamp, All legal documentation required must be translated into Greek and legalised by the Greek Consulate. This procedure can take time so please make sure you allow plenty of time for this. All information is for guidance purposes and based on british passport holders, couples need to obtain and research there required documentation
