Set in lush green Mediterranean gardens and surrounded by stone walls and a dramatic waterfall, the Limestone Heritage is one of Malta’s most unique wedding destinations. Set in the traditional village of Siggiewi and built with restored historic limestone quarry, it is very popular with couples from around the world looking to hold their wedding in Malta. Siggiewi is a traditional Maltese village that is steeped in history, surrounded by Nature, and full of culture which is a perfect setting for any wedding venue. Siggiewi is also home to one of Malta’s greenest natural areas, with a large woodland valley planted by the Knights of St John, where you will find oak trees, olive trees, and plenty of pine and carob trees. It is also an excellent spot for countryside walks and bird watching. Dominating the village centre is the impressive Baroque church, built in the 17th century, it contains artwork by one of Malta’s most famous artists, Mattia Preti, and is also home to the annual village fiestas.
